Our customer service hours are 24 hours a day at the reception desk in the main building. You can also call the following phone number +34 977 352 401.

The scheduled cleaning service is 2 times a week: check-in day - second day (towels + cleaning) - fourth day (sheets + towels + cleaning).

Is your apartment not ready yet?

We have a baggage storage room available at all times, where you can leave your luggage while you wait for your apartment to become available and you can also leave your suitcases on your departure day while you stay to enjoy the facilities if you wish. Our reception staff will inform you upon arrival.

What do we rent at the reception?

• Mobility scooters or wheelchairs
• Children's strollers
• Motorcycles, cars, etc...

What does All Inclusive include?

With the bracelets purchased at reception you can enjoy:

• 3 meals a day (see schedules above) at the buffet.
• Snacks from 10:30 a.m. to 22:30 p.m. at the Stadium Bar&Bistro .
• Bar service from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. at the Stadium and the Broadway Bar.

All Inclusive Prices

• For a minimum of 3 days until the day of departure: €24 adults and €17 children per day.
• For a minimum of 4 days until the day of departure: €22 adults and €15 children per day.

* We consider adults from 12 years old and children from 4 to 11 years old.
